TERMS OF ENLISTMENT
All new members must complete a 3-month “Basic Combat Training" (BCT) period before they are officially added to the Group roster. This evaluation period is designed so that our Drill Instructors can evaluate your skills and train you in combat formations and tactics. During your BCT, you must meet the following requirements:

BASIC COMBAT TRAINING (BCT)
You are required to attend all three (3) Training Days from the time of your enlistment. BCT is always held the first Saturday of each month and begins at 10:00am. Depending on which month you sign up will determine when you will undergo Basic Combat Training. See the following schedule for your training dates:
If your Enlistment is received in: January, February, or March
then your BCT is held in: April, May, and June
If your Enlistment is received in: April, May, or June
then your BCT is held in: July, August, and September
If your Enlistment is received in: July, August, or September
then your BCT is held in: October, November, and December
If your Enlistment is received in: October, November, or December
then your BCT is held in: January, February, and March
Each BCT cycle consists of both class and field training. Subjects include Radio Communications, Strike Operations, Ambush Missions, and Urban Warfare Operations.

DIGITAL ACU UNIFORM
During your BCT period, you are required to obtain your Digital ACU Uniform. You may purchase your uniform from anywhere you like, (such as Ranger Joe's or US Cav) but you must obtain it before the end of your 3-month BCT period in order to graduate to Active Duty status. The specs for Shadow Group's ACU uniform are as follows:
